5. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

SpyMaster is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

SpyMaster reports, dating verification results, identity verification results, background-related summaries, investigative findings, and search results are not consumer reports.

You may not use SpyMaster services, reports, or search results to determine a person’s eligibility for:

If you dispute a charge or file a chargeback after services have been ordered or performed, SpyMaster reserves the right to provide documentation to the payment processor, bank, credit card company, legal advisor, or other appropriate party to defend the charge.

This documentation may include order details, communications, service records, delivery records, reports, timestamps, and related business records.

16. Delivery of Reports

Reports or findings may be delivered by email, secure link, phone consultation, written summary, or another method chosen by SpyMaster.
